Shipping & Returns

 

Delivery

Some pieces are handmade to order. For this reason I cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 1-3 week window for your delivery. For national orders we use Swiss Post for all our shipping with additional option "Zero-impact"to protect the climate. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package is on your way. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, please email me at info@sherylin.ch I will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.

If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewelry item that is made to order: The order will ship when all items on the order are available to ship.

International

International orders can take approximately 1-2 additional weeks to arrive. Packages sent with FedEx Urgent will be delivered within 1-3 days once your order is ready. All international Swiss Post/FEDEX orders are shipped via registered and recorded delivery, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the package is on its way. The shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment; all of which are the customer’s responsibility. Sherylin Birth is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments. Lost or Stolen Package

If your package is lost or stolen, we'll do everything we can to assist you. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer directly responsible, but we will help you contact the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To enhance security, you can opt for services like signature on delivery or package insurance at checkout. If the investigation doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll guide you through the next steps, such as a potential refund via your payment method (if applicable) or other solutions based on the carrier’s terms. Please note that ultimate responsibility for in-transit packages lies with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Most pieces are handmade to order. Please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please notify me of your return within 7 days of your order's receipt. You can exchange you piece for goods or get a refund. Please email info@sherylin.ch prior to any exchange or return. Refunds will apply if the piece is damaged. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds to return to the account used as your original payment method. Shipping your product back to us will be on you, but the cost of shipping for your next order will be on us. We‘re not responsible for any lost package during the return process.
